Account Registration & Security
2.1 — Providing Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an account. hi31 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.
- Your real name and date of birth must be provided.
- The mobile number or email address used must be active.
- The payment method provided (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) must be registered in the user's own name.
2.2 — Password & Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account is being accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)
hi31 may conduct an identity verification process at any time. During this process, a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Deposit Terms
The following payment methods can be used to deposit money at hi31:

Deposit processing is generally instant, though bank transfers may take a little longer. Once a deposit is successful, the balance in your account will be updated.
3.2 — Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and that method must be registered in the user's own name.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
hi31 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions. Multiple withdrawal requests made at the same time may be combined and processed together.
Bonus & Promotional Offers
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at hi31, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳11,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.
4.3 — General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
- hi31 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
- Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting is prohibited.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
5.1 — Fair Play Policy

5.2 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Your VIP tier is determined based on your regular activity. Moving up to a higher tier depends on your playing pattern and consistency. hi31 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and members will be informed of any changes.
